Hi All,
I want to Migrate One company data from Navision 3.7( customized) to navision 5.0(Customized).

In Navision 3.7 there are 5 companies. One year before all companies except 1 has been upgraded to Navision 5.0 sp1. Now I want to migrate the remaing company data to Navision 5.0. If any one had experienced on this please give ur inputs.

    I would go this (simplified) way:
    • Technical Update of the 3.7 database
    • Object Update of the 3.7 database which includes all data convertions and migrations (you should know about it from the former updates of the other companies)
    • Create a backup of this updated company
    • Import the backup into the other database

    You mean
    I have to upgrade Navision 3.7 database to Navision 5.0 (Customized).
    Then I hav to take back up from Upgraded version and then I have to restore the required company data into Live Nav 5.0 database.

    Is it correct?

    Yes, if I don't get you wrong you want to have one database in the end. Then that is a possible way to go for you.
