RTC User Personalization

Hi Everyone

I have been trying to copy my User Personalization to someone elses?

I have searched for User Personalization without any joy :(

I tried to look at the User Metadata table and tried to copy my setup to another User without any joy, also I have copied the Personalization.xml file.

This did not work either.

    On Windows 7 (and guess that's the same for Vista) you can find the PersonalizationStore.xml file here: %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
    On XP I haven't been able to find it first, but that was due to that fact that I had not been personalizing anything on RTC. Once I did the file could be found here: %AppData%\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

    Hello,
    I'm also having this question as what is to be done to replicate user customization from one db to another (test, prod) or one computer to another?
    Do we need both copying XML and db records or not and in which case.
    Anyone tried that already?

    You need to look into table 2000000075 User Metadata. It is per OS user, per page type, etc. The metadata is in XML.
