Hi,

There is a Message that is popping up while running the POS client in LS retail, when I click the cash menu for posting the transaction. The message reads as follows. " Payment Not allowed in this state.

I have attached the screen shot of the image..

    hi,
    u r not in Payment State, You have to checked your current state.it may be u r not mapping menu properly

    Many Thanks to you. I have solved it.
    I had given the wrong command, which does not map to the payment menu. The correct command is 'Total'.
