EDI - CTP Issue

Hi,
I am using Lanham EDI Gen 2. I have a TP that sends the CTP segment for most of their 850 orders in the PO1 Loop. But on occasion they have orders where they do not send this segment. When this occurs the PO1 will not create on the Sales Order Lines. Is there anyway for me to either "create a CTP" segment to avoid this issue from occurring. In the module there are two fields that I can check:
Append to field contents & Insert into field contents
I am not sure if these are applicable on inbound documents. I am running out of ideas ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)
Any help would be greatly appreciated =D>

I don't know if it's available in your version, but check to see if you have a field on the element form called "Bypass if Blank" or something like that. Try checking this for all the elements and see how it goes. I'm a bit rusty on the EDI module, but it's worth a try.So You Want to be NAV Developer?

Any reason you're not contacting Lanham for questions like this?Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

Getting Started with Dynamics NAV 2013 Application Development = my book
Implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV - 3rd Edition = my 2nd book0 -
As I am not a solution center; I am unable to ask Lanham these questions....0

The next obvious question is why not ask your solution partner? They have access to Lanham support.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog
