Running Hyperlinks

I need to run the Customer Card within the NAV2009 RTC using a hyperlink, which in itself is not a problem using the following:
DynamicsNAV:////runpage?page=21
However I want to open the page and display a particular customer, however the page does not support a filter. I understand this page can only ever show one record at a time, therefore I don't want to filter, rather pass the page a specific customer number to display.

Can anyone help? :?

    Is it a link in an external application? Or just an e-mail? Wondering if you could call a hyperlink that points to another object, which in turn sets the appropriate filters and loads the page.

    you can use the bookmark of the record when you want to open the page on specific record. But you need to generate the bookmark first. But there are blog posts about this... and you can find the example of generating hyperlink for specific record on MSDN in section with examples how to generate reports with links to pages...
