Change fact boxes on list screen

Hi there

I was wondering if someone has changed the fact boxes on a list screen. For ease of credit collections I'd like the fact boxes on the overdue sales invoice screen to be the customer notes (not transaction notes), customer statistics & customer details.
The idea is that the person doing the collection calls could see all of the customers overdue transactions and notes at once rather than putting notes on each transaction.
The sales order screen is the closest example of this with customer statistics & customer details and transaction notes.

Any ideas?

    Don't think it can be done... if you put the notes on the Sales Invoices, you only see notes for Sales Invoices, not for Customers.
