Hi,

My Client is using IN Nav 4.0sp3, citrix for all user.
I have customize approval system while sending mail i am getting error.

This message is for C/AL programmers:Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by
GUID={1CE9DC08-9FBC-45C6-8A7C-4FE1E208A613} 7.1:{40108C54-9352-46C9-822C-027727352F00}:Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class.
Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered.

    I doubt that you can use the NAV approval system (esp. delegating) with a terminal server system. The delegating function uses the local mail (Outlook) account to send/receive mails for doc approval.
