Hello, we have 2 terminal servers, where Navision 4.03 is running. We use CRM module in Navision as well.
Now we can not open interactions that were made in the past on the first terninal server, but we can open these interactions at the other terminal server. We recieve an error about the automation server. Before, we could use both servers for that job.
We tried to de-install en re-install the Navision client. But that did not solve the problem.
Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Check that you have same versions of :
Office
Microsoft XML
installed on both servers or check where is the difference.0
