Hello,
I was wondering if it is necessary to run 2 instances NAS for make the same processes in 2 companies.
Another question is: what happen when i`ve started to services NAS sql from one instance NAS (1 folder).

In the NASmSnapin you need to define:
1. a sql instance
2. a database
3. a company name
Hence, I reckon you need 2 NAS running, one for each company.0 -

1) Yes, you need separate instance for each company by default (you can solve it in some "company switching NAS" which was already described in some post or blog article)
2) If I remember correctly, you will get problems of type "file already in use" or something similar...0
