Required Warning message when exceed the TDS/TCS limitation

Ques:I want that when i pass TDS/TCS entry against a party Ledger a message will come and show the amount that what i have already charged and what are the remaining amount are available to charge under the specified limit and when we cross the limit warning message come to stop the entry.
