Hi Everybody,
A client of mine has got a probelm with the forms where suddenly without nay apparent reason the form simply disappears. Please note that this is the client server and no cusotmsiations have been done. Has anyone ever encoutnered this problem?

Maybe there is some trojan installed on the pc?

Actually, the forms are still there, but you just don't see them. when you hit escape a few times, all forms close, and you can start all over.
Like Rashed asked already: what version are you on (also provide the build no.)?
By the way ... is it in RTC or Classic client?

The customer uses NAV 2009 SP1 (austrian version).
When we are in contact form or maybe a sales order it suddenly happens that the window gets visible, even it is open as we can see in the status line.
We have to press Esc to really close the form and start over.
This sometimes happens every few clicks so this is very annoying.
Anybody of you have an idea what that could be??
It does not happen on my machine with the same databse.
