NAV Webservice Call by FQDN

We have Webservices working, but only if we use the servername in the url. If we use the FQDN or IP we get prompted for a username and password.
http://server1:7047/DynamicsNAV/WS/Services works without prompting (automatically uses Windows credentials)
http://server1.domain.com:7047/DynamicsNAV/WS/Services asks for credentials.
Anyone know how to get the FQDN to work w/out prompting?
