Planning Worksheet - Not generating 'Production Orders'

Hello there experts. I am trying to use the ‘Planning Worksheet’ to generated Production Orders for my finished goods. It is actually generating and suggesting for one item. I have four items there that have forecast requirements. I do not have ‘Quantity On Hand’ and other replenishments such as “PO” and “Production Orders”. Any idea why it is not generating suggestions for my other items?
