Apostrophe In Windows User Name

Hi,
My customer is using Windows Authentication and one of their users has an apostrophe in their Windows login name. This is causing an SQL 'Unclosed quotation mark' error when trying to add the user to the Windows Logins table in NAV.
Anybody know if there is a NAV fix for this?

Is the apostrophe ' mark setup in the database > alter integration tab as a remove character ?
I think its an issue with the SQL statement itself usually people have a double quote mark instead to handle apostrophe other sql reads it as a field value EG update Table Set NameField = 'O'Brian'
Probably easier to rename the windows ID and give the user a pen to add the ' if they feel strongly about it on printouts0
