Debugging - "Do not have permission to attach the process"

I am trying to learn to debug in Visual Studio.
When I try to go to debug -> Attach to process it gives me an error:
Unable to attach to the process. You Do not have permission to debug the process.
What can I do to fix this? I gave my windows ID full control of the entire Microsoft Dynamics folder under C:/Programs.
