Customize Lookup Page in RTC

Hi all,
I must be missing something, but I cannot find out how to customize the small drop down lookup in the RTC.
I need to remove a field off the small drop down list that shows Items on the SAles Line, but I have no idea where to start.
I have changed the Item List page, but this does not seem to work.
Any clues / thoughts ?
