AX 4.0 DIS layer Hotfix installation

Hello,
I have downloaded DIS layer according to the KB number found in Hot Fixes Released For Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0

I have AX 4.0 SP2 with Eastern Europe localization.
When downloaded axdis.aod file is copied into application, AX gives over 100 compilation errors. As I found out DIS layer conflicts with GLS and GLP layers.
May I look somewhere for specific DIS hotfix for Eastern Europe? Or maybe there is other (easy
) way to deploy DIS hotfix?
The only way I see now, is to export all objects from DIS and reimplement them one by one on top of GLS.
