Microsoft provides a spreadsheet for this, actually i just did a blogpost on it here: http://gotcal.com/index.php/2010/07/obj ... amics-nav/

There are also a few other resources for older versions of NAV, just search for granule list or similar.

As an alternative, you can search the "granule list" in the download section. I remember there are a couple of interesting objects.
