Excise Entry

Ques:I am using Navision 2009 and i want to post this excise entry........
e.g.

Excise Duty A/C ...Dr 10000
Edu.Cess A/C ... Dr 200
HSE Cess A/C ...Dr 100
Interest a/C ...Dr 300
To Bank A/C 1600
(Being.....................)

Can any one suggest me what is the process to pass this kind of entry because when i pass it through Journal or Bank payment voucher system not allow to pass the entry.

You can not pay directly excise. You have to use PLA account and in navision you have to use Tax Journal in General Ledger-->Periodic Activities-->Excise--> Tax Journal

I would advise you to have a look on excise feature instrauctions by microsoft. Most of them has been included in hot fix release of 4.0 SP3.

When I am posting that Excise Entry,system shows the warnning message-

You must specify balance Account No. in Tax Jounral Line Jounral Templete name='Tax Journal',Jounral Batch Name='Tax',Line No.=10,000.

But for the following Excise Entry I don't want to enter any Data in Balance Account Field Because I want Four Debits and Single Credit entry.

e.g.

Excise A/C ........Dr 5,000
Edu Cess A/C ....Dr 100
HSECess A/C....Dr 50
Interest A/C....Dr 300
To Bank A/C 5,450
(Being................)

Have u checked the manual I suggested and followed the steps mentioned there.
