Cost Batch Creating Entries Repeatedly

Dear,
One of my user did this following activity - There is a Item A, which is outputed at shopfloor, and then transfer to the store. Now the item A is consumed from store and produce the same item A. That's the scenario.

Now when i run the cost batch for adjusting cost, batch is creating entries in value entry in loop for item A.

How can i solve this issue and run cost batch.

    Producing A from A is big problem in NAV if not done correctly (e.g. when using Lot or Serial tracking). You cannot solve it in a way, that will lead to correct results when you are not using tracking, and mainly when you post output before consumption. Than the consumption is closed with the output and neverending loop is there...
