Renaming Tab Name in Report's Request Form

Hello there experts. I wanted to rename the tab name of my report. When I run the report it shows on the first tab the DATAITEM table for my report. This is where I am able to put in my selection for Purchase Order number.

Is there a way to rename that instead of the default 'DATAITEM's name.

Right now it is showing as 'Purchase Header', and I want it to show as 'Purchase Order'.
