The always very informative Partnersource has this very detailed description:

Google is able to tell me that it most likely was reported by Impact Soft and the client was Adidas.
But can anyone give any kind of hint of when the problem occurs?
(I have several reasons for NOT wanting to upgrade my customers, but this error sounds rather critical...)

Yikes!!!!!
Maybe that's why they are releasing 2009 R2.
When I heard about R2, I thought it was purely a marketing release. The problem is that all the vertical solution out there have to now release theirs for R2.0
