Extended Text for Items on Sales Orders/Quotes

I want to use the extended text on some items, I set up the extended text information on the item, Markjed the check boxes that it applies to Sales orders and quotes and when I enter the item on the sales order. I want the extended text to be automatically inserted, right now I have to go to the function button on the sales order and select Insert Ext. Text.

I looked for a setup setting to having it go automattically but couldn't find it. anyone know if there is a setup box I can check.

I know it can be programmed, but hoping to not have to pay if it is just a setup issue.
