Merge a Codeunit 5.00 with spécific code to v.500 SP1

Hello,
I have pb with réservation entry on a Database 5.00.
Many objects (Codeunits) in relation with "reservation entry" have been modified in V.5.00 SP1.
But we have specific code developped in this Objects.
How can I merge this objects. Does I use the developer's Toolkit and which Version, I use v.300 301410 ?

    You need to go through your functionality and re-implement it into the new logic. Just moving the code could lead to bad result...
