Import Excel Data in to Navision 3.70B

I am trying to import data from an excel spreadsheet in to Navision 3.70B. The problem is I can't figure out how to do it or if it even possible. Can anybody out there possbly lend some assistance?

Many possible solutions.
One is save it as a txt file & use a dataport to import your data.
Another mught be using the Universal Excel Importer.
