Error in write to file é

Hallo,
When I write certain characters to a file, i see other signs in my textfile.
When I try to write één I get : ‚‚n
When I try to use an ¨ I get an % in place...
This happens when i try to write to a file directly or using a dataport.
Anybody any idea?

We use this:
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25554To make this unnecessary in Navision.
Start->Run->regedit
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\CodePage]
And change the "OEMCP" value to "1252" (or the same as ACP)
Reboot
but there are lots of posts regarding "Special Characters" in Nav.
