Problem during unapply entries on customer ledger enry

When i try to unapplying entries to some customers i get this error on attachment, what it's worong?
Can anybody help me?

    I never faced that error message when I tried to unapply entries.
    Could you provide with the repro steps?

    I have and another mysterious things, how comes a payment entry closed by another payment? Does this transaction made this problem?
