when I am trying to run CommercePortalbizdesk the following error
occurs

    hi

    this error wasn't from global.asa, i think that is an error from permission.
    first what kind of authentication did u choose when installing commerce server.

    but now try to verify that u have the permession to see the bizdesk client.
    go to IIS manager, right click on commerceportalbizdesk site, check the authority for ur count,also right click on commerceportalbizdesk site, click properties, security tag, check modify of authentication and controle access, check anynanous..., and put ur count,
    restart IIS and try....
