We got an issue about the RTC here - NAV 2009 SP1:
Lot no. List in the Classic Client shows available Lot Nos,
the corresponding page in RTC 2009 is just empty. No values.

Did anyone encounter a similar problem with RTC? What could be the best spot to look at to solve this?
This just happens with some items, although i didnt find out any difference to the other ones, yet.

1. can you upload the screenshot with the mibuso feature? i cannot see it because of websense...
2. i guess that the form or the page is personalized: you have probably noticed that there's a lot of code under the page/form. If the code under it is not the same between the form and the page, you can have different results, because the table that you see in that form is a temporary table, that is populated based on reservation entries and item ledger entries.
3. good luck, it's a difficult procedure to understand0 -
and the main question - are you sure you are working in same databese/company in RTC and Classic-Mihail- [MCTS]0

I can't confirm that. Everthing works fine for me.
How did you open the Tracking from the Item journal line ?
My pages look also different then yours and I can select the lot.
Please give more info's about it.

Quite easy solution for this problem:
The customer used the symbol "*" in the Item No. Field which works fine in Classic Client,
but causes the RTC to lose the Item No.-Reference while opening the Tracking & Lot No. - Pages.
-> Change the Item No. and everything works fine.
Just sent a bug report to MS. Thanks for your help!0
