How to include web-page in Role Center Home?

Is it possible to include in a Home page of a Role Center a Part where will be opened some specific webpage?
(exp. in NAV 2009 SP1 is added a Web-part to connect to Microsoft Dynamics Online on Role Center's Home page)

Yes you would have to create a client add in and display the web page in it...
