New Department MenuSuite Not Visible in RTC

I am having difficulty with a Department MenuSuite that I created. In my off-line testing environment I am able to see the additional Department that should be visible. However, when I import the new MenuSuite into production I am not able to see the new Department. I have tried recompiling it in production but this did not work.

Is this possibly related to permissions? The login specified for the NAV service in my off-line environment is an administrator.

    We had a similar problem getting new items to show up. We ended up adding a 1090 Dept -Company object and that worked.
