Error in opening Purchase Order Form

Hi all,

When i try to open the Purchase Order Forma an error is getting displayed as follows

The CAL Object was not saved in compiled form.Compile it from the object designer and run it again

I copiled the form from the object designer but still the same error comes when i try to open the form from Object designer.

If anybody knows the problem for these kind of errors, Kindly tell how to overcome.
