Send to Excel – Sum the quantities

I have exported the Item ledger entries form to excel by clicking on Send to Excel button. The format of the Quantity column in excel is showing as general, and Autosum doesn’t work?
I got zero result when I tried autosum.

    I don't check that "Send to excel" button work in the same way as "copy/paste", but - when you copy/paste it is important to have valid "Number Gruping symbol" in regional settings.
    For my reg.setting Grouping symbol "Space" not work for sum, but "dot" works fine

    I will wait for other responses too, maybe there is easier way to solve this
