What's wrong with the customer statement report that already exists?
2nd you want to use the customer ledger entry table - it has a field called "open" (true/false)0 -
it produces all entries (even if its remaining amount of £nil)
all we want is open entries that balance to the customer card balance
ie. what the customer owes us on a line by line (invoice by invoice) basis0 -
on the options tab are you selecting
Print All with Entries or Print All with Balance?
Also try Statement Style = 'Open Item'
I have a customer that shows 4 entries with the open amounts with this choice.
When I choose Statement Style = 'Balance'
I get 20+ lines with payments, credits & invoice's.
sound like you're looking for the frist option.0 -
I think he's working with a WW version, not the US version.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

If so why hasn't MS improved so many WW reports as it has done in the US versions?
It seems to be a basic standard that would be useful to all. ](*,)
Perhaps he can at least filter Remaining Amount <> 00 -
The basic problem is that the statement design only offers us 2 tabs, 'customer' and 'options'.
The 'customer' tab only offers us fields from the customer table. The options tab doesn't allow us to choose e.g. 'open items only'.
So how do we choose fields from customer ledger entry?
There is a date filter field in the customer tab, which doesn't appear to be in the customer table, but we don't know how to add other fields from the customer ledger entry table so that we can filter on these.0 -
You can take a look at mine

Even upload it into your system. Probably the only thing you need to change is the ($) symbol.
Below is a pic of what the dataitems look like.0
