Debugger and errors in RTC mode

I have 2 dumb questions, but still i am curious about it.
a) Is there any way we can turn on debugger in RTC mode, so that we can catch the errors and resolve them on fly (wish it was possible, could have made our life so easy).
b) Have gone through reference guide but couldnt find any thing with specific that says "errors in RTC mode and thr resolution". I am sure there should be something.
I idea is to nail down the exact reason for all the RTC based errors.
Any suggestion on the above would be highly appreciated.

I am not able to find out the 'server' folder to debug navision rtc with visual studion 2008.
I am using Navision 2009 and vs2008 sp1.

Unfortunatly, Codeunit remains empty. What can be the reason?
Found the problem, NAS restarted without reading CustomSettings. Only rebooting the system helped.
