I am having NAV 3.70 DB.I want to convert that DB into NAV 2009SP1.There is no customization at all in Navision 3.70 DB.I want whole data should be migrated in Navision 2009 SP1.How can I achieve this functionality in very simple way? I want to make native 2009SP1 DB.there were some fields in some tables in Navision 3.70 DB but now in Navision 2009 SP1 those fields are not available, then where data of those fields should be kept in Navision 2009 SP1.I want all data from Navision 3.70 DB to Navision 2009 SP1 DB.

Make sure you analyze the Upgrade Toolkit in detail before you attempt any upgrade.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

Hi Mally,
Don't worry about different table structure. For Example. (
3.7 G/L Account
-16000 - WHT Bus. Posting Group
2009 G/L Account
-28040- WHT Bus. Posting Group
Same table but field structure is different. When you do step 1 (Transfer Data), all 3.7 G/L Account data move to Temp Table (G/L Account T). This table will be create when you import (Upgrade370B2009SP1.ID.1.fob). After import your customize object, you need to import again (Upgrade370B2009SP1.ID.2.fob). And then you need to run update form and transfer data again. In this time Temp G/L Account T data move back to your actual G/L Account Table.
Pls,
Read upgrade documentation. You will be done.
Best Regards,
