Nav Client opening problem

Dear all,

I'm facing a problem at the time of opening Nav client. It show me the below error message.



What is the reason behind it ? kindly reply.

Navision version : Nav 5.0 SP1.

    I will share this thing with the client and try to show them the Standard process to close the application.

    not sure but seems like problem with permission....give full access to the client and try to open it again.....

    What do you mean by client here ?

    Did you try to restart the nav-service (be aware all users will be kicked out)?

    Though several times the Server Pc has been shut down till date, the problem is still there.
