Upgrading from FIN 3.01 to NAV 2009

We need upgrade from to FIN 3.01 to NAV 2009.

Exists an Upgrade toolkit to do it?

We have found Upgrade toolkit from 3.01 to 4.00 and from 4.00 to nav 2009.

Must we upgrade two times? one from 3.01 to 4.00 and a second time to nav 2009?

    Yes,

    the data needs to be upgraded first to 4.0 and then to 2009 (SP1).
    But for 4.0 you will need the custom tables only, since you are not going to work on this version, you do not need the custom forms, etc.
