Item Tracking Problem

Hello Experts,

I am facing a problem, my client is using Item Tracking but its customized by the former partner...!!! ](*,)

The developers of functionals have not done the lot no. setup in warehouse and they had managed by commenting a few errors of system (original).

Now, what I want to do is to do setup first, but as we all know that if there are entries in ILE table, then we cant change the setup. But I have no option, so please guide me what to do...!!!
