web services started and then stopped

Hi,

on the server i got a default cronus database running and a customer database which was upgraded from 4.0 to 2009 using the upgrade tool.
the default installation works fine.
when i change the customsettings.config file to use the customer database and restart the service i got this message:
The Microsoft Dynamics Nav Business Web Services ... started and then stopped. .....

the only difference i see is that the customer base has no reccords in the charts tabel
(administration->application setup->role tailord client->charts).
when i try to export and import them from the cronus base, nothing happens)

    you need to populate or copy from cronus db some of data.
    One of the tables is Profile.

    Also check the EventLog for errors.

    You'll also get this error message if you you try to have a second instances running while the first one is already running, but without Net TCP Port Sharing Services running as a dependent. Try stopping the first instance then starting the second instance. If the second instance now works, you need to start both instances with port sharing on.
