HTML text editor for NAV 5

For sending different campaign letters to customers through NAV we used standard functionality - pre-prepared Word templates what NAV puts as attachments to e-mail. But it is quite annoying for customers to open these attachments every time.
Is there any little add-on for so called HTML text editor - that I can prepare HTML format e-mail body in NAV and after that send this e-mail to the segment what I have prepared before?
I have searched in Mibuso for some solution but haven't find yet.
