Date related error at the of merging.

Hello All,
M getting this Error(Shown in image-find the attached image) while entering default date..
Moreover if i keep this field blank the form is closed automatically..!!
Can smone help me..!!!??

You seem to have not attached anything.

Also, just type the error out. That way if someone else encounters the same thing it can be searched for.

Tip: when the error message is on your screen, just hit Ctrl+C. This copies the entire error message to the clipboard, and you can simply paste it into the forum.
