I think its a valid NAV 2009 question because there are many differences between the installation of NAV 2009 and the previous versions of NAV. So, IMO this question should remain in NAV 2009 forum group. Thanks,

Is it possible to install a real time scenario
Not the Demo version Install of Navision 2009, which comes along with DVD.
Inshort if i want to install all the 3 (tiers) of Navision 2009, is it possible to install on same pc.
i wanted to learn how to install Navision 3 tier, i cant get 3 new pc to practice these steps....
May be my question sounds weired

I think that virtual PC is your friend (or another virtual technology). Installing all tiers on same PC will not get you whole challange you will be facing when you install them on separate PC. There are additional steps you need to do when installing on different machines.0 -
Got my hands on VMWare.... Now :?
One question left to ask? before i start rolling..........
Can i have all my three sessions of VMWARE on Win XP and still able to install the 3 tier architecture of Navision (Server, Client and Middle layer on three different PC).
Or it is must to have a windows 2003 server as minimum requirement for Navision Server....
As i said earlieri have been into GP for a while,, In GP i can install SERVER on Windows XP too and still connect it via client by using ODBC pointing to SQL SERVER of GP Server (Which is on WINXP o/s) and also Client on Another PC which is on WIN XP (o/s)...
Please guide me.....
Thanks

Please, take it easy...
The problem is on both sides.
Your request to "make others to reply" leaded to the reaction. Simply: You have got what you requested... 8)
If nobody answered, in most cases it means that nobody is able to tell you something...0
