Business analytics in Navision 4.0

Hi Everyone:
I wish to know where to find the so called business notification window in navision? and where to download the business analytics configurator from? and how to operate the business analytics? I would really appreciate it if someone could answer me for those questions. Thanks anyway.

    There is an excellent manual available from Microsoft but the sad part is even though you follow the manual, it does not work. But keep in mind for both Business notification and Business Analytics YOU MUST HAVE SQL.
