Disabling Object Designer

I wanted to disable Object Designer to a user. What has to be done to this?
I have not given SUPER role to this user however ALL has been assigned.

Suggestion?

    Check where permission System 5210:"Tools, Object Designer" is given. You should remove that permission from his user-roles.
    If it is in the ALL-role, remove it and create a new role to give this permission to be given to users who need design permissions.

    Thank Kriki for the Reply.

    But The problem is not solev. NO such sytem role is assigned to this user. But the User is still able to access Object Designer and Run tables/ Reports.

    I simply wantto Disable the Object Designer Menu. Is it possible?

    I have attached the screens. ( since i failed to find out what is to added be added or avoided)

    System 0 assigns all system related permission. Try taking it out
