NAV Classic to RTC Report Conversion

Hi all,
I am trying to convert the NAV Classic report to RTC when i give Tools -> Create Layout Suggestion, but it is giving me the error "The application for project is not insatlled.Make sure that the application for the project type () is installed"
If anybody knoes the solution please tell what i should do to correct this error.
If you know the prerequisites for converting the reports from NAV 2009 Classic to RTC. please mention those details.
