Problem in planning worksheet

Hi All,
Whenver I run a planning worksheet for a batch and then after i run another MRP& MPS in another Batch on the Planning worksheet then item from Ist planning worksheet get deleted and 2nd latest one batch worksheet remain . Also if some thing lies in Requisition worksheet it also get deleted. I am surprise how the Key is working for Requisition line table . Kindly suggest what to do so that every batch contains it item on planning sheet .
if navision planning sheet provide batch bifercation then why data get delete.

    Do you run the batch on the same items? You should run on different items for example one with manufacturing items and one with purchase items.

    I am running it from differnt items (Finished Good) but the ist one's Rawmaterials get deleted and Requisition lines also get deleted....

    Any suggesstion...
