F8 key not functioning in One RTC PC

Hi,

In NAV2009sp1, RTC
F8 key is not working in One of the client's PC.
We are having this problem only in one client PC.
Any idea please?

I tested it this way.

When restarting the PC I keep on prssing F8 then it went to safe mode startup. That means it is working??

are they F8-ing or CTRL-F8-ing?

Perhaps it's a permission issue for that user.. did you try logging in as a different user?

Hi,

This happenning if you copy job journal or Phy. Inv Journal to home in NAV2009sp1
seems to be bug

Have anyone faced this problem

I ran into this issue as well. This problem occurs with any journal that is added to Home or any other button in the navigation pane. Microsoft is saying that this is not supported an that this possibility will be eliminated in NAV2013. Only workaround is to add the journal(s) to the role center actions.
