NAV 2009 RTC Error Table with id 2000000039 is in a failed

Trying to run a processing report and get this error.

Table with id 2000000039 is in a failed state. This is caused by a previous exception:

Table 2000000039 is not available and cannot be opened.

Table 2000000039 is the Printer and it's not in the object designer.

I've restarted the service tier any idea?

The report is a processing only report.

I cannot run the Printers Page in RTC. Still get the error.
This is a Cronus Demo 2009 Sp1 untouched database.

Can somebody else run the page and see if it works for them?

I've tried it on several servers and same result.
