RoboHelp and new Nav Help toolkit/Gate

Hi,
We are trying to update our help files for our Nav 2009 version.
The new toolkit is working fine, we are able to generatie from NAV all the new Help Topic htm files.
Problem occurs on importing the new HTM file in the existing RoboHelp helpproject : The files are not updated/converted to match the style, no links are genarated etc.
As far as I can remember, we never have to do special things to acomplish the conversion.

Is the new toolkit acting different than the old Gate tool?
